I Won, I Won!!!!

I entered for a give a way on Helen's blog, Reddirt Woman and I won! Can you beleive that? I won a beautiful necklace and earring set she made. How special is that? Made my day, my week, my month!! Yippee, can you tell I am excited? Thank you so much Helen. If anyone wants to read a good blog, go on over to Reddirt Woman's blog. She always has interesting reading.

Once again thanks Helen. I will cherish my prize. Here is a photo that she had on her site. It's my prize now!!

Fall is sure here. We had heavy frost last night with 32 degree temps. Oh I am so not ready for winter, but do love the sites and smells of fall. I smell fireplaces going, and see pumpkins all over. The leaves are gorgeous, but falling, and my yard needs raked, which neither David or I can do. The temps also cause David's breathing to not be so good. He may have to go back out of work on disability for a bit. He has a appointment with his pulmonologist on Tuesday. Keep him in your thoughts and prayers. Financially it's very tough.

I hope everyone had a great weekend and will have a wonderful Monday. Wonder what Hallie will have on her Morbid Monday's blog tomorrow? I always wait to open it, after I eat Breakfast! LOL. Love you Hallie, but sometimes Morbid Monday's make me not want to eat, which is a good thing, but not when you have to take insulin and eat...LOL.

God Bless~

Debbie

Deb, thank you so much for the kudos. The necklace goes right with fall colors, too.

I hope David's breathing settles down. My brother is living with my roommate Carol and me and he has breathing problems so I have an idea of what you both have to deal with. It is scary when someone has trouble breathing. We try to stay out of the night air. That seems to make his breathing more difficult. I'll keep you in prayers and good thoughts for pulmonologist tomorrow.

Try to enjoy those beautiful fall leaves, if only looking out the window.
