Thursday's Thaw :o)

It actually got in the 30's today with some bright sunshine and melted off the snow a lot!!! When I opened the door to let the dogs out, it didn't take my breath away. It's suppose to get warm again tomorrow and then the deep cold returns, but today and tomorrow is nice. And yes, if you look in the last pic, my patio still has Christmas lights up. It's just been to cold to go take them down. I did get all the big things down, just not the lights.

Cooper is doing much better today. He got on the phone with me tonight and said, "Hi, Nanny!! I have a owie. " Broke my heart. I love those kids so much!! They live 2 hrs north, but 2 hrs seems like a country away, since we don't have a vehicle to go up there. They come when they can, but with 4 kids, 3 in school and work and the weather, they can't make it down like they'd like to.

I have had a real painful day today, and seems some of my blogging friends have too. I hope we all feel better soon!!! Today was better than yesterday, because of the sunshine. We haven't seem the sun much in quite a long time.

If you drop by please leave me a comment!! Just say I was here if that's all you want to!!

God Bless~

I'm here too!!!

Hope things start looking up for ya soon. It seems the cold weather always magnifies any aches and pains, whether they be physical ones or emotional ones.

That pic of Cooper is great. That look in his eyes with all of the blood on his face made me want to just snatch him up and hug him.

BTW - I meant to come by before and tell you I was going to request to be your friend on facebook, but I forgot. I wasn't sure you would know who I was. Thanks for friending me!

Take care!

Debbie,
Thank you, thank you again for your sweet comments. I love each and everyone of them.
We are now getting the cold weather in our neck of the woods. Today my son rode his bike to school and when he got home from school, his hands and ears were frozen. I made him some hot chocolate and myself a cup of coffee.
I pray you feel better soon. Take a vacation in your mind to some palce warm.
Have a great weekend.
Susan
