The second Give a way I won came from Maggie's Blog, Just Between Me and You. She was giving away a $65.00 gift card from WayFair. I had never heard of that company, but they sell everything you can think of. I picked out a nice pair of snow boots, something, I needed very bad, but would never go and spend that kind of money on myself. I absolutely LOVE the boots, they fit nicely and very comfortable. Now we just need the snow and colder temps..LOL.. Been a very warm winter so far. I am loving it!! The boots sure look better in the stock photo than they do on old me. Look at that white leg!!!! LOL.
If you haven't ever been to Maggie's Blog you need to. She will make you laugh, cry, and laugh some more. She is not only a funny lady, she is a warm, kind, and loving lady.

Well it's 4:22 AM, and I need to go to bed. We had a major backup in our pipes today and called Rotor Rooter at 4 PM. They showed up finally at 1:15 AM. After $189.00, he pulled out a sock in the sewer line under the house. Now that was one expensive sock!! Now tell me how does a sock get flushed down the toilet in a house with 2 adults and laundry never near toilets? ACK!!!! He left at 3 something AM, and I was to siked up over the unexpected almost $200.00 we had to spend tonight, so I blogged.

oh I love the wins you got...love the boots too..man I can't believe a sock got in your sewer line..but glad they found it and saved you even more money then if your house had flooded etc due to broken pipes..have a wonderful weekend sportin those new boots.;) and hope you got some rest too.;)
BOOTY - literaly I guess!!! Wishing I had those fantastic snow boots and that lovely Christmas sock.

sorry about your sock issue. maybe the dogs found a way to get the sock into the line? My cat used to collect neighbors socks LOL love ya!
What a lucky gal, two wins! You will have plenty of snow before winter is done with us. Be thankful it has been mild so far. As to Mr. Roto Rooter... gotta have 'em and be thankful that they will come out as quickly as they do because when it backs up, as you know, it's miserable. I will promise to be better in 2012 about coming over for a visit. I love you all and enjoy stopping by but it seems I've just kinda been laying low for too long. I'm working on getting back to blogging and visiting my friends like you.
