I would like to wish everyone a very Happy and Safe St. Patrick's Day!! We will be enjoying corn beef and cabbage with potatoes tomorrow. It's not my favorite but David LOVES it, so I cook it for him. I also made creme de mint cupcakes to enjoy and share with the neighbors. Here is a pic of one of the cupcakes.
EDIT: OK here was our dinner!!!
It was delish!!!!
Please if you are going to enjoy some green beer, either drink it at home, or have a driver!!! Please be safe!!!
I love you all!!!
Now St. Patrick's Day is also my sweet grandson Brice's birthday!!! He is 4 years old today! Time sure flies!!
Happy Birthday Brice! Nanny loves you so much!
God Bless~
Debbie

Happy St. Patrick's Day to you, too! And that's so nice that you cook corned beef and cabbage for David, even though it's not something you prefer, on this special day. Your mint chocolate cupcake looks so yummy!
he's 4??? time is flying isn't it?
you are a sweetie for making a dinner for your hub.
one of these days i'll win the lottery (we play weekly) and i can come to your house and you can bake for me (and i'll clean up!)

Hi Sweet Friend
I was thinking of you so I wanted to come by and see how your doing.
Your meal for St. Patricks day looks good but I would have to start with the cupcakes. Haha
Your sweet grandson is already four. My time sure is passing by fast. Wish him a very big Happy Birthday.
Hope your doing good.
Miss you
Love ya
Maggie
