I would like those who read my blog to please pray for my hubby David. Due to our financial situation and no insurance, he had to return to work, after being on Short Term Disability for 13 weeks. He is having a very hard time working. He is on his feet for 8 hours and also has to carry his oxygen tank which is not light. He needs to be on disability but we can't swing it. Please pray that our situation will get better, or he will have the strength with his COPD to continue work. He also is diabetic.
We are both down in the dumps right now. I know God will carry us thru somehow, but would appreciate some extra thoughts and prayers on his behalf. I sure love that guy!!
God Bless~
Debbie

Absolutely... Prayers are always amazing!
this prayer was shared with me some time ago... I change the names and health issues to fit the person but, of course God knows my heart before I ever do it.
O God, our Father, Your Word says that You are a very present help in the time of need. I come to You now on behalf of David who is suffering with Copd & diabeties and all other things you know of. Father, I ask You, in the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, to touch and heal David.
Distance is no problem for You, God. As I pray, You are there with him, even as close as the very breath he breathes. So I am asking You to touch David's body and heal him.
Now, you foul disease called Copd & diabeties, I speak to you. Go from this body in the Name of Jesus! I command you, bad cells, to wither and die at the roots in the Name of Jesus! Devil, I bind your power in David’s life, and I permit healing to come to him now, in the Name of Jesus!
Father, I ask You to replace with new cells those that have been damaged by Copd or any other disease. God, You can do that, because what is impossible with man is possible with You. You are a God who cares, and we believe You will do it just because we have asked. You love us that much.
Father, may strength and wholeness come into David's body this very day. Thank You, Lord, for doing it! I thank You, Jesus, that we will hear good reports from people who have been healed because they held fast to their confession without wavering, because You are faithful who promised. Thank you, Father, in Jesus' Name, Amen."
Oh Debbie,
i'm so sorry to hear your husband is having such trouble. You have my thoughts and prayers...both of you. You are right "God will provide."
Thanks for your sweet comments. There are so many scary scenarios awaiting those with long-term type 1 diabetes but this one totally blindsided me. It had nothing to do with my disease.
I will keep good thoughts for you and David. God bless you.

Our God is an Awesome God and He will provide. He provides in a lot of ways...and His way is always perfect. You have my heartfelt prayers that David's health will hold until the time comes when he can be on disability and your needs will be met. Be of good courage...God is still on the Throne. Hugs and many prayers, Ness
Debbie,
Your husband looks like such a sweet man, and I am very sorry for all of his troubles. I will definitely add him to my prayers.
You have such a beautiful family. They must bring you so much joy.
With healing hugs,
Debbie
