Dogs and Frogs

We had loads of rain this morning and early afternoon. I think they said like 3 inches. When it rains like that, we have a frog that comes to the patio and hangs out. Bucky & Baby don’t really hurt or bother the frog, they are just very interested in it..LOL.

They would not hurt it, but bat at it and smell it. It just sat there and let them play with him.

They had a good time, and so did watching them. The frog took hiding under my tomato plant.

Speaking of tomatoes. We have our 1st!!

I did a test. I planted a plant in the ground and one a week later in a Topsy Turvy. Now you decide which is doing better?

I do not know what I did wrong in the Topsy Turvy, but I will not use it again for tomatoes.

I used a new program that Helen at  Helen's blog told me about and I seem to love it! It’s called Windows Live Writer. Thanks Helen, I love it!! It lets you easily put pics in, links, etc.

Well, I am getting sleepy and HOPE I sleep better tonight. I didn’t sleep at all last night.

Until later….

God Bless~

I planted two upside down tomatoes in some hanging baskets...they aren't doing as well as my tomatoes in the ground, either! I think it's all a gimmick to get us to buy them! LOL

Have a great week!

I've gotten three or four cherry tomatoes out of the top of my topsy turvey hanger, but nothing out of the one hanging out the bottom. I'm like you... I won't use it again for tomatoes. My plants in the ground are just starting to come on, but we have had 4 or 5 out of Carol's barrel that she planted about 2 weeks before I got the others in the ground. Glad you enjoy Windows Live Writer. I had a couple of problems but it posted to the blog just fine. I will have to work on it some more to figure out the cursor thing relating to beside the photos.
