Way overdo and Happy Birthday, Aubrey Jean!!

Today is my oldest child and oldest daughter’s 34th birthday. Yes 34, she has got to stop that getting older thing, cause she is making her Momma old…LOL. She was born 11 days shy of my 20th birthday. I had been married 2 1/2 yrs when she made her appearance. I was a child bride, yes. We wanted a little girl, so badly and was delighted when she was born. All 7 lbs 8 ozs of her. She was beautiful then and is still beautiful today. Happy 34th birthday, Aubrey Jean!! She is now a wife a Mom of 3 and a hard working lady.

Not a lot has been going on in my world. Just boring days, boring nights and not much else. It has been a very cool summer here but it got HOT this weekend. Finally feels like summer. It got in the 90’s the past 2 days. I have been having a lot of weakness in my muscles still, so mainly hanging out in the house, so I don’t fall and hurt myself.

Do y’all mind when I do some Nanny bragging? I hope not. I just adore these grandbabies. David and I are hopefully going up to my daughter Carrie’s house nest weekend for a 4 day stay. I am excited. I haven’t been up there since Cooper was born and he turned 2 in March.
