I do not have GCA, well 90%, I do not have it. The biopsy came back negetive for it!!! Yeah! No prednisone, at the moment.
Now, what caused me to lose vision? A more than likely stroke. I am to continue with asprin therepy and hope I don't have another one that leaves me blind in that eye, or both. I will be more likely to have another one, but hopely not for a while. My incision on the other hand is infected, as he thinks I am allergic to the disposable stitches he used, so I am now on a antibiotic cream and one by mouth and see him again next week. Man this thing hurts!! I wish I didn't have to wear glasses to see, as the glasses hurt.
Thanks everyone for the prayers. I continue to ask for prayers, as a stroke would also not be good. These pics were taken this evening.
I see a diabetes educator tomorrow, and start with a new endo in May for my diabetes. No matter what I do, this diabetes gets me. I hate being a brittle diabetic!!

YAY for the good news but OUCH...hope that gets better soon. I hope you like the Diabetes Edu., I just love the one I have and I am sure that she is the reason I've gotten under better control. I will keep good thoughts for you..;p

I'm going to revisit my diabetes educator, as i havent seen her since 2007 and my Ketoacidosis.
