Update....

I thought I should do a update on my Mom and Bailey..

1st of all, my Mom is still in a lot of pain. The orthopedic has kept her on her pain meds and she is to see a orthopedic spinal surgeon on the 2nd of Feb. Please pray she will not need surgery. I am praying with lots of rest, she will get better. With her age, and heart condition, I would hate to see her need surgery. Oh how I wish I could be closer to her to help.

Bailey has had 3 shots of cortisone since last Friday. The vet also have her prednisone for the next 30 days. Oh how I hope this helps her. She seems better, but not but about 60-70%. She still walks around slowly and a little wobbly. The vet said she had some neurological deterioration already that was probably permanent. She will not be able to be spayed until she is off the steroids. We adore this fur baby, but the expense is getting to be more than we can handle, so lets hope she gets better on the steroids. Keep her in your prayers also please.

I am still the same. I am sure hoping this new doc will put some light of the cause of this all. I am ready for better health.

The situation on the house is still the same. No word as of yet.

Thanks to all who have been praying and thinking of us. It is so appreciated!!! Continue to pray for my blogging buddies who are having their own set of trails and tribulations.

"If God brings you to it, he will bring you through it!"

God Bless~

Prayers. Hoping your mom has support people out where she is at. My Mom gets really confused anymore, and then add pain meds - oh my!!

Glad puppy is some better. There are breed specific rescues that take health challenged puppies if it comes to that. Not sure who is in your area. Your vet might have some ideas too if the alternative is having her put down. Wish I was closer!

My sister was able to stop the clock on her house. Praying for the same for you! The federal people were able to assist with intervention. Remember you are just one of millions stuck in the same situation - not really one of your making.

I am too and I hope with a little time things will be improving up there. I know how hard it must be to be away from your Mom. I'm hoping also she has good people around her.

Hang in there like the rest of us, okay? ((Hugs))

Will of course pray for you, your mom and Bailey.
So sorry your going through so much right now.
I lost my precious Forrest last Wednesday and I have not stopped crying.
No I never told my mom. Meant to when I was older but never did. I figured she might still hit me ...lol

Oh Deb, you and yours are always in our morning and night time prayers, even when I can't make it over here to comment. Steroids are wonderful drugs and keeping Roger alive. I understand about the expense and if your baby needs treatment we will band together and find a way to pay for it. My dogs are my lifeline. Hugs to you and David. Love you.
