My wonderful weekend!

My daughter Carrie and her hubby Chad and the kiddo's all came to visit me this weekend, to Celebrate David's birthday and help me with yard work. Have I ever told how wonderful my daughter Carrie is? Well, if not, lol, she is WONDERFUL!

Here is a pic of David and his cake, I baked him.

Here is a pic of my granddaughters, Sydney(5 yrs) & Morgan(7 yrs).

Their older sister Taylor who is 13 yrs, was down in Florida visiting family. She flies back tomorrow.

My daughter Carrie, Sydney took this...lol

I agree there's nothing better than having the kids come over and visit. Helping with the yard is great too! Nice cake, glad David had a good day. You know my birthday is coming up in August so you can send some cake here! And the tomatoes??? I don't like them at all but I am completely jealous that yours are growing. My husband covets the tomatoes...is that bad??

You have a beautiful family with good hearts. How great to get your yard work done and your garage cleaned out. Your kids sound like mine in the fact that they take care of their mom. I'm not sure about our tomatoes this year...just a few blooms so far. I so love home grown tomatoes. Thanks for looking for my spinner spoon. I came across the most beautiful patriotic thimbles yesterday in an Ohio Pilot station. I was tempted to switch collections! Take care and happy belated birthday to your husband!!
