Her daughter Kiereney, is in the hospital, and Ness, Kiereney, and the entire family could use some prayers. Ness is such a wonderful lady and is not well herself. Please pray for them and keep them in your thought. Thanks so much. It means the world to me, and I am sure Ness and the family.
OK, now that I have posted that which is important, I will go on with my regular post.
Well, today David was off. As you know his days off are Tuesday's and Wednesday's. I fixed a nice pot roast, carrots, mashed potatoes. gravy and corn for dinner last night. We sat after he got home from work, and enjoyed our dinner. I got up to clean up, like us good wives do, LOL, and started washing out the dishes. Well, the sink would not drain. I got the plunger out, tried that, that didn't work. David tried and that didn't work either. I found a bottle of Drano and used it, waited the time it said plus some and thought that had cleared it. I started on the dishes again, and low and behold, the water wouldn't drain. Anyone who knows me, knows that I can not stand dirty dishes in my sink. I have OCD, about things like that. David once again tried to plunge it, and water was flooding my kitchen from under the washing machine. I cleaned that up and we went to bed, to try again today. It was a all day ordeal. David had to snake the thing, inch by inch. Finally at 8pm, we got it snaked out. When we pulled the snake out, black ucky stuff flew out all over the kitchen, on the ceiling, walls, my curtains, etc. What a mess. Needless to say, we are both worn out. My dishes are now clean and my kitchen is somewhat back in order. Please say a little prayer it stays unclogged. It was so hard on poor David, with his COPD to have to do this, but we had no money to call out Rotor Router, I probably spelled that wrong..LOL.
Here is my sink with the plunger.

Here is Bart trying to help Daddy...LOL
Poor David, had a heck of a time. He's a good man! He also has a bad shoulder. 2 tears in his rotator cuff, so it was also a painful job for him to do.

The job is done and he is now in his computer room, after a shower and is relaxing.
Have a great evening!!
God Bless~
Debbie

~AirmanMom returning to her blog...
ACK!! What a mess. Poor David...I bet he's hurting today. Hope you two are o.k. and quit breaking stuff ;)
Deb, do you think the patch helps with the pain? I'm looking into options at this point. The injections are not worth it to me. They didn't help and really screwed with my glubose. It was 600+ I've never had that before. Take care. jj
