Here she is the day she was born, and I am holding her. I was 39 1/2 yrs old, a baby still myself, compared to today.

Here she is the day she was born being held by her Mommy, who was a baby herself at 16. Both of them are such blessings to me.

Here she is with her license. She went after school, so she is in her cheer leading outfit.

Here she is with the officer and her license. See her BIG smile? LOL.

Oh how I love that child. Of course I love all my grandchildren, but this is Taylor's day. Now I ask you pray for her safety, cause this driving thing scares her Nanny half to death!!!
Have a great Sunday! It feels like fall here now!!!
God Bless~

Love the pic of you two...I can hardly wait. I feel like I am really old to be starting down this grandma path...where will I get the energy?!
It goes so fast that it scares me sometimes...does that make sense?
She is in my prayers! What a vibrant young person...you certainly look the proud grandma holding her as a baby - I don't think that ever goes away does it, just gets stronger! But how fast time goes...
shes adorable then and now CONGRATULATIONS taylor!
44 year ago today, I was just a month away from 17, and my daughter was born. 12 years ago, she passed away in her sleep of an undiagnosed enlarged heart. I still miss her so much. Enjoy your granddaughter and your family!
I hope your surgery went well today!!
jenny is studying to get her permit right now, but i'm not letting her get a license yet. she's only 16 and no where NEAR ready to drive.
your granddaughter is beautiful, just like you!
Congratulations to your granddaughter! That's quite a big thing! I remember when my son got his....I prayed over him everyday that he left the house (and still do)! :) She's a beautiful girl...no wonder you're so proud!
Thanks for stopping by my blog! Have a great week!
