Actually it didn't really matter to me on this one. David did live in Tucson Arizona for 15 yrs, but David isn't a sports fan, but the Cards were the underdog, so it would have been nice to see them win, but then the Steeler's made history, and this seems to be the year for history making. Oh well it's over and I wasn't to impressed with halftime or the commercials.
My son sent me this pic of their Yorkie, Sarge, my grand dog. Isn't it cute? Sarge will soon be brother to his human brother in March. Brice Randall is due March 15th!! I can't wait! They live in Arkansas so I hope I will get to see him soon after he arrives.
We finally got a van! It's a 1996 Dodge caravan, not new but new for us and much needed. We got some income tax money back, so that is what we used, along with the Geo as a trade. The van has 117,000 miles on it, but seems to be in good condition. We are excited!! God is good to us and provided. What a good God he is. Here are 2 pics of the van. It's a plum color which David is not fond of...LOL.
On Saturday, I dropped my cell phone in the toilet!! Oh I was so mad! I am glad I was due for a upgrade. I now have a LG-Voyager. It's pretty cool. I have never ruined a phone before but I sure did this one. I bent down to flush the toilet and plop it fell right out of my pocket..LOL.
I carry my cell phone on me at all times. In case I fall, etc. I fell in the back yard last summer and couldn't get up and laid there for a long time, till David could hear me, so now I carry it all the time, so I can call someone for help if needed. I never know when I am going down with this neuropathy. I do a lot of falling.
I guess the groundhog saw his shadow which means 6 more weeks of winter. Hey, it's only Feb 2, I could have told the world that!! LOL. Esp in Ohio!!
I hope everyone had a good weekend and are having a good Monday. I am quite sleepy today and poor David is worn out. He has been sick and has worked the last 3 days. He is off tomorrow and Wednesday. I am glad, bless his heart. He is still quite dizzy. Keep him in your thoughts and prayers please.
Bart the dog, is over on the couch, snoring.. So funny!!!

well Deb...you sure keep a clean toilet..except for that phone! So very happy that you finally got the van...I happen to like the color too. You can send some of that snow here if you want, I love it ;)
Way to go on a new van!! It's time you all get a break or two or seventeen. And Sarge!!! I'd be tempted to stick him in my coat pocket and bring him home with me. What a little doll, or, I suppose I should say, what a handsome boy. Oh, well, you know how we (me) old women are. Love also the photo of the phone. I don't know that I would've thought to do that.
