It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood!

It's a beautiful day. 78 degrees and lower humidity's. Oh God is good and this feels so good! I would be happy if I lived where the weather was this way all year long!

I had my doctor appointment yesterday and he too was very upset with my blood sugar numbers. He is sending me to a endocrinologist to help me. I always saw one when I lived in Charleston, SC but after moving here to Ohio, I was letting my family practice doctor treat me. He feels I am to much to handle, so he is sending me to the specialist, to get help. Keep me in your thoughts and prayers, as I have got to get these numbers down. He increased my insulin intake and said he'd let this new doctor decide about the insulin pump. I don't care, I just want to live! He also is not happy I am falling a lot and told me not to walk anywhere without my cane, and to use my power chair when I get it. That's a long process! It will probably be Novenmber before that happens. Insurance people!!!!! I will not have to use it all the time, but anytime I am out walking for a period of time.

I wanted to share my 1st tomato with my blogging friends. Can't wait to eat it! I just pulled it off today. Jojo, I am sorry. If you were here I'd share it with you!!

I think it will become part of a salad I am fixing for dinner.

I hope all my blogging friends have a great evening! I need to get around and check on everyone!!

God Bless~
Debbie

That is one beautious tomato ;)

Glad you are going to go to an endo. I'm sure they will be able to help you get those numbers down and see if the pump is a good idea. I wouldn't give mine back for anything! I know how frustrating it gets, be sure to know that i'm thinking of you and praying on all our health issues.

p.s. no falling down ;)

Glad you are going to an endocrinologist. You will definitely get more help. Your tomato looks divine. Use my slice of it on a homemade hamburger with a little black pepper.

Glad it got cooler for you. It is better here today. Have a wonderful weekend!
