UMMMMMM Good!!!!

Today was full of Doctor Appointments for David. He saw our family practice doc and his pulmonologist. Both really nice men. Both nice to look at too!! Our family practice doc takes care of his diabetes. He changed his meds some. He's doing pretty good. His pulmonologist put him on lazix and potassium, as he has been swelling quite a bit. Other than that his COPD seems to be stable. So it was a good doc day. Better for him, than my doc days were for sure.

I wanted to share my summer supper. Oh did I enjoy it. Didn't want a big meal, so had a tomato sandwich, which I picked fresh from the vines. I love summer foods, all the fresh fruits and veggies!!

Fresh sliced tomatoes on cracked wheat bread with mayo, salt & pepper. Oh My....

Quess what tomorrow is.. Well it's actually after midnight, I am watching the olympics, so it's today now. Yep my 53rd birthday!! Happy Birthday, me!! LOL.
