Wednesday

Today was COLD and icy. We had a ice storm last night. My driveway is still a piece of ice, but Ohio is good about getting the roads in order. David had a eye appointment at the VA this morning that we had to postpone until January 6th. Then we had to wait on his oxygen people to deliver his oxygen. They are usually here by noon on Wednesday's but didn't show up till 2:30 today. We also was supposed to have the ramp for our house delievered today for the wheelchairs, but I had a appointment at the hair dressers to get a cut, so we had to leave. They were supposed to come by 2pm. I guess the weather kept everything running late. They must of finally showed up after we left the house, as he put a note on the door, saying he'd be back at another time.

So I go to my hair dressers and of course David has to go, as I can't drive anymore due to my eyes with the diabetes. He went to grade school with my hair dresser, so they are also good friends. She's such a sweet lady. I love her to death. Well, I look over after I am in the chair and this is what I see....LOL..



My hubby is so funny. He was reading his book, under the dryer to get warm...LOL. Mine you now is is BALD!!! I just love that man. He always makes me smile. I am so glad God blessed me with him.

I see the endo tomorrow afternoon, to get my test results and see what else we can do to get me in better control. Keep your fingers crossed for good news with the labs. I will try and update tomorrow evening with the news.

Well, it's almost midnight and I should be trying to sleep, although I am not doing that very good lately. Seems I'd rather sleep in the mornings instead of nights.
